Fronius “Customer Self Service” is an electronic information service which gives our customers online web access, during Fronius system availability, to data arising in the course of business dealings with Fronius. This service is not available during periodic maintenance work on the ERP system. Fronius reserves all proprietary rights in respect of the overall design of “Customer Self Service”, in particular with regard to texts, graphics, layout and software. These proprietary rights shall not be limited to the present shape of scope of the service, but shall also encompass all future improvements and alterations. The disclosure of any of the retrieved/displayed data to any third parties is prohibited. It is also forbidden to duplicate or otherwise re-use any of the data retrieved and/or displayed. Only Fronius customers/licensees are entitled to use “Customer Self Service".
